Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

  1. We offer free shipping for all domestic prepaid orders.
  2. We’ll get your order to you as soon as possible. We are taking extra care and safety precautions to deliver your order and we try our best to deliver it within 5-8 business days.
  3. Orders placed from Monday to Friday after 1 pm IST, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  4. Please note during festivals, adverse weather conditions, and pandemics, your shipment could be further delayed. We assure you we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you at the earliest.

  5. COD TERMS & CONDITIONS 

    • The shipping charges of the COD are to be borne by the customer, to be calculated at checkout.
    • COD can be refused by the customer but only for valid reasons such as wrong product or damaged product delivered. ( i.e order delivered is not what was actually ordered). In such a case, kindly inform the courier rider of the reason for refusing to receive and pay so that the order can be returned to us quickly for immediate remedying. 
    • Any other reason for refusing a COD order including false allegations of the wrong products delivered will constitute a serious violation of the terms of use of our COD service. We reserve the right to refuse further services to customers who violate the terms of use of any of the cod services.
    • Refusal to take COD delivery a maximum number of two times,  the customer will be barred from the use of COD services. 
    • The COD order will be confirmed with the customer either via text or call, post which the order will be shipped out. 
    • The order will be delivered within 5- 8 business days. 

     Our designated courier shall contact you and give a scheduled range of what time on the delivery day they will be able to deliver your parcel and collect the payment. Customers are expected to prepare the amount due for collection at the time of delivery. 

    To facilitate a faster and smoother process, it would be appreciated if the consumer could prepare the exact amount needed to be collected: in case a change would be needed, please advise your local delivery guy to prepare the change for a specified amount once they contact you for the delivery schedule.

International Shipping

  We are working hard in offering international shipping at the earliest. 

DELIVERY TIME

We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 1-2 weeks. Since we offer both made-to-order and ready-made pieces, the delivery time may vary depending on the product and inventory. The shipping time for customized orders and out-of-stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

OUTLIER LOCATIONS

Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you.
